Giitigan is an Anishinaabe community garden in Nkwejong // Lansing, MI (“Where Rivers Meet”), where gardens have traditionally been and continue to be spaces of healing, growth, renewal, and education.

We aim to provide a welcoming and educational space by and for Anishinaabe, Metis, and other Indigenous members of the Nkwejong community. We focus on providing programs and spaces for land, language, and science immersion.
